TUBE SIDE CLEANING
Heat exchanger tube cleaning is typically accomplished
by inserting a pressurized nozzle into the internal surface of an
exchanger tube. Removal of debris and contaminants is accomplished
by manually or mechanically sending the nozzle down the entire surface
of the tube.
TnT High Pressure has the ability to provide
both single and multi lance options to our customers. While manual
“pencil lining” is still utilized in certain applications
it is the mechanical systems that are the preferred and safest method.
Utilizing state of the art technology and adapting to customer needs
TnT High Pressure maximizes cleaning efficiency by utilizing rigid
rotary and mechanical flex lancing systems. High pressure nozzles
that rotate while traveling the internal distance of the tube ensure
complete coverage of surface area, each bundle type and location
demand certain lancing systems and procedures. Whether a quad 20,000
psi rotary or dual 40,000 psi rotary system is required to increase
efficiency, TnT High Pressure can provide the experience and expertise
to ensure the best result possible.
